Our team on the ground may be small, but they are truly mighty.

I Komang Adi Wirawan—better known as Bossy—and his wife Luh are Balinese locals living in our northern village of Tinga Tinga. Bossy is the village Mayor and the official holder of the Yayasan, giving him deep insight into community needs and providing trusted, respected leadership on the ground.

Ela, an Italian national who has lived in Bali for many years, is based in our eastern village of Pengalon, where she has long supported vulnerable families. She is joined by Dina, who moved from a neighbouring village and has been part of the team for the past two years.

Together, and assisted by a dedicated group of local helpers, they turn your kindness into real, tangible action. They prepare and distribute monthly sponsored food parcels, deliver rice to unsponsored families, organise birthday celebrations and special requests, assist villagers with urgent and ongoing medical care, and ensure children have everything they need for school.

They troubleshoot challenges as they arise, support families in whatever way is needed, enable member visits and activities, and quietly work behind the scenes to turn your intentions, plans, and generosity into reality.

Every single day, they turn kindness into action.

Our administration team live in Australia and are all dedicated Bali holidayers!

They manage the day-to-day organisation behind our sponsorships, payments, village visits, social media, member communications, special requests, reports and the monthly task lists that guide our team in the villages.

Each team member personally sponsors people within our community and is deeply committed to the wellbeing of every family we support. They're here to assist you every step of the way.
